Who Are We?

Moses Garelik's lifelong journey and experience form the foundation of the UniOne approach. Born in Italy and raised between Milan and New York, Moses is descended from a distinguished lineage of rabbis. Strongly influenced by his father and his family's close connection to Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson, he developed a deep appreciation for the human potential.

Through extensive travel and cultural exploration Moses gradually moved beyond traditional religious frameworks, and came to recognize the uniqueness of every individual as an essential expression of a greater whole. This insight became the foundation of his work and the guiding principle behind UniOne.

His mission is to foster unity, compassion, and deeper levels of consciousness by supporting people in realizing their fullest human potential and contributing to a more connected and harmonious world. Over the years, he has founded and supported more than seventy nonprofit organisations across Europe, focused on education, community development and social impact.

Born in the Netherlands, Simone cultivated from an early age a deep curiosity about diverse cultures and the nature of human existence. She went through deep studying with several masters and leaders from both Eastern and Western traditions.

Simone Rave is an accredited coach, systems coach, yoga teacher, facilitator, and leadership trainer with more than ten years of coaching experience and over twenty-five years of experience in leading teams and development initiatives within an international organization.

Throughout her career, she has designed and led change initiatives, leadership programmes, and training courses that integrate the wisdom of Eastern philosophy with evidence-based Western approaches to coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. After more than two years of intensive training with Moses, she experienced the transformative power of the UniOne approach and made it an integral part of her own work and teaching.
