Guide adolescents through Self-Ease

Have you completed the Self-Ease course for adults or adolescents and feel called to guide adolescents on this same path? The Easing Others for Adolescents training is for you.

This training prepares you to become an Easer: a facilitator who holds space for adolescents ages 12-18 to discover the Self-Ease course. The programme is tailored to three age groups so teens at each stage are met where they are.

You will learn to blend knowledge with embodied experience through movement, art, theater and circle practice, all within a safe and supportive space.
