About
Simone Rave contributes to the wider development of the UniOne movement and leads the development of the UniOne Academy.Born in the Netherlands, Simone developed from an early age a deep curiosity about different cultures and the nature of human existence. Over many years, she has studied and practised with teachers from both Eastern and Western spiritual traditions and practices.
She brings more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership, organisational transformation and complex systems, together with more than ten years of coaching experience. She is an accredited coach and systems coach, facilitator, leadership trainer and yoga teacher.
Her work brings together evidence-based coaching, systems thinking, embodiment and contemplative wisdom. Following more than two years of intensive training and collaboration with Moses Garelik, she made the UniOne approach an integral part of her own practice.
Her work connects inner development with leadership, organisations, systems and wider collective transformation.
